Descriptions

Stainless steel mixing tanks in brewing systems are crucial for mixing and stirring ingredients. Their corrosion resistance and durability ensure a clean and efficient brewing process, maintaining the quality and consistency of the beer.

Stainless Steel Mixing Tank Advantages:

Stable Structure: The tank body is made of integrated steel plate, with only one weld seam on the sidewall of the cylinder, which increases the structural strength of the tank. The dished heads are stamped from high-purity stainless steel plates of a Japanese brand, HOKKAI, or conical heads can be chosen to meet budget-friendly options.

Constant Pressure: The test pressure of all YME tanks is 2 to 3 times the normal working pressure, ensuring the pressure-bearing capacity of the tank under extreme conditions by increasing the design pressure value of the tank during the design phase and in the factory.

Corrosion Resistance,High Temperature Resistance: The inner and outer surfaces of the tank body, tank supports, and welds are all polished, and the components used all comply with hygienic standards, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and acidic or alkaline environments.

Easy Transportation: All tanks are equipped with lifting lugs at the top and support brackets at the bottom for forklift transportation. Adjustable feet or wheels are installed under the support legs for easy movement of the tanks during on-site installation. Special brackets are also provided to support the tanks during transportation.

Easy Cleaning, Simple Maintenance: YME's designers will add dedicated CIP cleaning balls or manual cleaning devices for stainless steel tanks based on the customer's site usage. Manways are installed on the top and sidewalls of the tanks for easy cleaning of the tank interiors from the top and sides.
